Welcome to Reviewlee. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (Terms). If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, you may not use Reviewlee.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Reviewlee. By using the platform, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activities that occur under your account.

3. Subscription Plans & Payment

Some features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your payment method. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law or specifically stated in these Terms.

You retain ownership of the reviews and other content you submit (User Content). By posting User Content, you grant Reviewlee a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute your User Content solely for operating and improving the platform.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or use the service in a way that could harm Reviewlee or others. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Reviewlee is provided as is and as available without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reviewlee shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reviewlee and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the last updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
