The Manifesto

We're not trying to replace Trustpilot.

We're trying to outlast it.

Held Hostage

Reviewlee exists because I was held hostage. My previous SaaS collected 2,000+ glowing reviews on a major platform. We built our brand on that trust.

Then came the email: "Pay us $1,099/month, or we'll put ads for your competitors on your profile."

That wasn't a partnership. It was a ransom note. We realized we didn't own our reputation—we were just renting it.

Founding Principles

Data Ownership

Your reviews are your data. Export them, move them, display them. We are just the vault, not the owner.

No Rent-Seeking

We will never charge you to "unlock" features that should be standard. No pay-to-respond, no embed fees.

Radical Transparency

Reviews cannot be deleted, only hidden with an audit trail. Trust is earned through honesty, not manipulation.

Infrastructure, Not Middleware

We provide the pipes and storage. You build the experience. API-first review management for the modern web.

The Infinite Game

"Our goal isn't to be the biggest review platform next year. It's to be the only one you still trust in ten years. We are building neutral review infrastructure for the internet."
