Customer Feedback Loop

A continuous process of collecting, analyzing, and acting on customer feedback.

What is a Customer Feedback Loop?

A customer feedback loop is a strategy for constant product and service improvement based on user input. It consists of three stages:

  1. Gather: Collecting feedback via reviews, surveys, and support tickets.
  2. Learn: Analyzing the data to find patterns and pain points.
  3. Apply: Making changes to the product or service and communicating those changes back to the customer.

Closing the Loop

"Closing the loop" means responding to the customer who gave the feedback to let them know their voice was heard and action was taken. This is a critical step often missed by businesses.
