Set up your workspace
After signup, create your first organization workspace and confirm your business details. This keeps your reviews scoped correctly and prepares your account for team collaboration.
Create your first form
Go to Forms, create a review form, and keep the first version simple: rating, short text feedback, and reviewer name. You can add advanced fields later once submissions begin.
Publish and test
Open your public form link and submit a test review. Confirm it appears in your dashboard and that moderation status is visible. This verifies your collection pipeline end-to-end.
